Photos from Home

Hi everyone and it is time again for our third  event of Make it Happen Blog Hop! Five bloggers, including myself , have formed an alliance to challenge ourselves in different capacities over the next 12 months. Our first challenge required us to do something with Food. In the second challenge, we took on the world of Books. Now our third challenge is Photography. Something I have come to love since starting my food blog and for me was the perfect challenge that came at the right time. I decided that I would like to share photos from home for my eldest daughter who moved back to Toronto. Enjoy!

It seems incredible that 3 weeks has passed already, which doesn’t mean that we miss you any less. I thought you might like some looks back.

  1. I can see the challenge was to write this post without crying. Did you succeed? I will say, you have two beautiful daughters!!

  2. What is the name of the little town built into the side of the mountain? It very much reminds me of the town my grandparents came from in Calabria. Your pictures are beautiful, and your girls are drop-dead gorgeous!!

    1. Hi Diane, the town is called Artena, and it is just south of Rome, I love all those towns, beautiful. And thank you very much.

  3. Beautiful photos! I think it is always good to get out of our comfort zone. I am always learning and I enjoy it. I’ll be giving a speech to a group of ladies and just thinking about it makes my knees knock. Buona giornata.

  4. What beautiful photos Rosemary! The grapes and flowers really caught my eye! 🙂 My daughter is only a year old, but I can’t imagine when she is your daughter’s age and I’m going to have to be away from her hah. It goes by too fast!

  5. Beautiful pictures Rosemary. We live abroad too so I know all too well how precious family visits are. Lovely that you have some gorgeous photos to remember the trip by 🙂
