Ingredients

Flour, Sugar,  Baking Powder Salt, Butter & Egg

Filling

Jam, Ricotta Powdered Sugar

Step 1

Whisk the dry ingredients, add the butter and mix to form coarse crumbs.

Step 2

Add the egg and mix until almost combined.

Step 3

Move to a flat surface knead gently to form a dough, wrap in plastic and chill 30 minutes.

Step 4

Roll half to the dough and fit into the prepared pie plate, spread with jam.

Step 5

Beat the Ricotta & powdered sugar. Spread the mixture on top of the jam.

Let cool and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
