Chocolate Mousse Tarts


1 Chocolate (or your choice) pie crust Dark/White/Milk Chocolate Whipping/Heavy/Whole Cream Milk

Step 1

Make your pie dough and let it chill for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Roll out the dough and cut with round or fancy cookie cutters, place in prepared pan.

Step 3

Prick the dough with the tongs of a fork, cover with parchment paper and beans, weights or even rice, and bake. Let cool completely before filling.

Step 4

Melt the chocolate and milk together. Whip the cream until stiff.

Step 5

Fold the melted cooled chocolate into the whipped cream. Combine well.

Step 6

Fill the cooled tarts with the chocolate mousse & top with fresh fruit or berries.

Don't want to make tarts? Serve the Chocolate Mousse straight up in a glass!
