Chocolate Pie Pastry Grano cotto Ricotta Candied fruit Honey, Milk, Sugar Eggs Vanilla, Butter, Zest Chocolate chips

Step 1

Make the dough.

Step 2

Cook the grano, (cooked wheat), zest, butter & milk. Let cool.

Step 3

Whisk the egg, egg yolk, ricotta, sugar, orange zest, vanilla, candied fruit and honey add the cooled grano.

Step 4

Roll out the dough and form into the prepared pan.

Step 5

Add the filling and chocolate chips.

Step 6

Top with a lattice top.

Step 7

Bake!
