Chocolate Swiss Roll Cake


Flour Cocoa Baking powder/soda Salt Eggs Sugar Milk Vanilla

Swiss Meringue  Frosting Heavy Cream Chopped Chocolate


Step 1

Whisk the dry ingredients and beat the eggs.

Step 2

Add the sugar, then the milk and vanilla, beat to combine.

Step 3

Add the dry ingredients and combine.

Step 4

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.

Step 5

Bake for about 12-15 minutes.

Step 6

Roll up the cake with the parchment paper, let sit until cool.

Step 7

Spread with 3/4 of the frosting.

Step 8

Roll up and cover the roll with the remaining frosting. Chill for 30 minutes.

Step 9

Prepare the chocolate glaze.

Step 10

Cover with the glaze & decorate. Chill until firm.

Step 11

Cut and enjoy!
