Classic Italian Meatballs



Ground Beef Egg Bread Crumbs Parmesan Garlic Parsley Salt & Pepper Milk

Tomato Sauce

Tomato Puree/Passato Garlic Olive Oil Salt Fresh Basil Oregano Water

Step 1

In a large bowl mix together the ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic and parsley. Slowly add the milk and combine.

Step 2

Form into meatballs.

Step 3

In a large pan add the olive oil, garlic, tomato puree/passata, salt, fresh basil, oregan and water. Combine.

Step 4

Add the meatballs and gently mix to combine.

Step 5

Cook until the sauce has thickened and the meatballs are cooked.

Step 6

Serve with your favourite al dente pasta or as the Italians do, as a main dish. Buon Appetito!
