Double Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients

Milk Chocolate  Milk Cream  Peanut Butter  Powdered Sugar  Chocolate Chips  Condensed Milk Vanilla Extract  Peanut Butter Chips

Step 1

Make the milk chocolate layer by melting milk chocolate.

Spread the chocolate in a baking dish. Refrigerate until firm.

Make the peanut butter layer. Whisk the powdered sugar in a bowl for 1 minute, add the peanut butter, milk and cream and continue mixing until smooth.

Spread evenly over the milk chocolate layer. Chill.

Make the third layer. Add chocolate chips and condensed milk to a pot over low heat. Stir until the chips are melted and the mix is smooth. Remove from heat, add vanilla and spread over the peanut butter layer.

Garnish the top of the fudge with chocolate and peanut butter chips, press the chips into the fudge layer. Let the fudge set at room temperature then refrigerate for a few hours until firm.
