Easter Brioche Bunnies

Ingredients

Flour Salt Sugar Yeast Butter Egg Vanilla Milk

Egg Water Nonpareils

Step 1

In the mixing bowl whisk together the dry ingredients, then add the egg, butter, vanilla & milk.

Step 2

Mix just to combine, then knead until smooth and slightly sticky.

Step 3

Form into a ball wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 40 minutes.

Step 4

Remove from the fridge and form into the Bunny shape.

Step 5

Place on a prepared cookie sheet, cover and let rise.

Brush with an egg wash, sprinkle with nonpareils or sugar and ...
