How to make Caramelized Apples

Cut the apples

Peel and core 2 large apples into small cubes toss with a little lemon juice to keep the apples from turning brown.

Making the Sauce

To a medium pot melt the butter and add the brown sugar and water.

The Apples are ready

Lower the heat and cook for about 8-10 minutes.
