Chocolate Puff Pastry
Ingredients
Flour Cocoa Salt Butter Water
Step 1
Add the flour, cocoa and salt to the bowl, then some of the cold cubed butter and pulse until butter is absorbed, repeat with remaining butter.
Step 2
Add the cold water and pulse just until the dough comes together.
Step 3
On a lightly floured surface place dough and knead lightly approximately 10 times.
Step 4
With a lightly floured rolling- pin roll into a rectangle. Fold the dough in half.
Step 5
And then half again.
Step 6
Wrap in plastic and chill.
