Italian Pistachio Cookies
Flour Sugar Baking Powder Pistachios Salt Egg Butter
Whisk the dry ingredients, then add the egg & butter, mix together until almost combined.
Form the dough into a ball, wrap in plastic and chill.
Place on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
Lightly flatten with a fork, sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
Let cool before serving. Enjoy!
