No Bake Lemon Cheesecake


Graham Cracker Crumbs Butter Cream Cheese Powdered Sugar Cream Lemon Zest & Juice Milk

Blueberry Topping

Blueberries Sugar Water, Lemon Juice Cornstarch

Step 1

Mix the crumbs & melted butter, place in the cake pan & chill.

Step 2

Cream the cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice & zest.

Step 3

Beat the cream until stiff peaks appear.

Step 4

Prepare the gelatine.

Step 5

Add a tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture to  the gelatine & combine, then fold the gelatine into the remaining cream cheese mixture

Step 6

Fold the cream cheese mixture into the whipped cream and combine well.

Step 7

Remove the base from the fridge & evenly spread the filling on top. Cover & refrigerate 5 hours.

Step 8

Cover with a blueberry topping if desired. Enjoy!
