Zucchini Basil Leaves Pine Nuts Parmesan Cheese Garlic Salt & Pepper Olive Oil
Shred the zucchini, toss with a little salt and drain to remove excess liquid.
Place the ingredients in a blender with half the olive oil.
Blend until just combined.
Add the remaining olive oil and blend until smooth.
Serve it as a salsa, condiment or toss with your favourite pasta! Enjoy.
