Strawberries Sugar Whipping Cream
Place the chopped strawberries in the food processor or blender.
Blend until smooth.
Divide into 2 parts.
Whip the cream until stiff peaks appear.
Fold the larger amount of puree into the whipped cream.
Divide the remaining puree between the glasses.
Top with the mousse and chill.
Decorate with sliced strawberries, chocolate or what you prefer before serving. Enjoy!
