Flour, Salt, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, nutmeg, cinnamon, Sugar, Oil, Eggs, Carrots Pecans
Butter, Cream Cheese, Sugar, Vanilla & Cream
In a large bowl whisk together the dry ingredients.
Beat the oil & sugar, beat in the egg and the dry ingredients, then add the carrots & chopped pecans.
And combine with a wooden spoon.
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pans and bake.
While the cake is baking, prepare the frosting.
Frost the cake when it is completely cool.
