Homemade Mushroom Ravioli
Step 1
Mix together the flour & eggs.
Step 2
Mix to form a smooth dough.
Step 3
Make the mushroom filling.
Step 4
Roll the dough out very thin, form into ravioli shapes, fill with the mushroom filling.
Step 5
Cover with another thin layer of dough and cut into ravioli squares.
Step 6
Cook the ravioli in boiling salted water.
Step 7
Toss with a simple butter & parsley sauce. Buon Appetito!
