Homemade Small Chocolate Peppermint Cake
How to make it
Whisk together the dry ingredients, beat in the egg, oil & milk, then stir in the boiling water.
Step 1- the cake
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake.
Step 2
Spread the melted chocolate on the prepared cookie sheet and sprinkle with chopped peppermint candy. Leave it to harden.
Step 3 -chocolate chards
Whisk the sugar & egg whites bain-marie until sugar has dissolved, then beat until mixture has completely cooled.
Step 4 - swiss meringue
Add the butter and continue to whisk until completely combined & smooth & creamy. It's ready to frost the cake!
