Sourdough Pasta
Ingredients
Sourdough Starter Discard Semolina Flour Bread Flour 2 Eggs Salt
Step 1
Combine the discard & eggs, then add the flours & salt and knead until smooth.
Step 2
Wrap and refrigerate for 8-12 hours.
Step 3
Bring to room temperature and roll until thin.
Step 4
Dust with flour, fold into an envelope.
Step 5
Cut into desired thickness, let rest, then cook in boiling salted water. Serve with your favourite sauce.
