Artichoke & Sausage Pasta
Ingredients
Artichokes Italian Sausages Olive Oil Garlic Salt Pepper/Hot Pepper Flakes Oregano Water
Step 1
This pasta dish can be made with fresh or frozen artichokes.
Step 2
In a large pan add olive oil, artichokes, spices & water, cook covered then add the sausage.
Step 3
Add the al dente pasta a little pasta water toss on high for 30 seconds and serve with parmesan cheese if desired.
