Cake Flour Cocoa Powder Baking Powder Baking Soda Salt Plain Yogurt Milk Eggs Vanilla Granulated Sugar Vegetable Oil Mini Chocolate Chips

Step 1

Sift together cake flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl and set aside.

Step 2

In another bowl, whisk the wet ingredients including yogurt and milk then set aside.

Step 3

In a large bowl beat together egg and yolks with sugar and vanilla for 5 minutes. Slowly add the oil and beat to combine.

Step 4

Alternately add the dry ingredients with the yogurt and milk mixture and beat to combine.

Step 5

Pour batter into a bundt pan, sprinkle with chocolate chips.

Step 6

Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Step 7

Cool for 10 minutes then remove from the pan. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
