Italian Chocolate Pie Crust

Step 1

Whisk the dry ingredients together, this can be made in a food processor, stand up mixer or by hand.

Step 2

Add the egg, yolk and butter.

Step 3

Pulse or mix until almost combined. Then move to a flat surface.

Step 4

Gently form into a ball, wrap in plastic and chill for 30-60 minutes.

Step 5

Besides a crostata or pie you can also make cookies! Add some chips or nuts.

Step 6

Or even tarts!
