Flour Sugar Salt Baking Powder Egg Egg Yolk Butter
Powdered Sugar Melted Chocolate
Whisk together the dry ingredients.
Add the eggs and butter.
Mix until almost combined. This can also be done by hand.
Move the mixture to a flat surface and form into a smooth ball, wrap & chill.
Roll the dough very thin and cut into strips or squares.
Fry until golden and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
