Italian Lemon Cookies
Step 1
Whisk together the dry ingredient and beat the butter and sugar until light & fluffy.
Step 2
Had half the dry ingredients and lemon juice and beat together.
Step 3
Add the remaining dry ingredients and combine with a wooden spoon or spatula.
Step 4
Form the dough into a log, wrap in plastic and chill for 1 hour.
Step 6
Cut the log into 1/2 inch slices.
Step 7
Place the slices on the prepared cookies sheets. Refrigerate while the oven is pre-heating. Bake!
