Italian Meat Sauce
Olive Oil Garlic Carrot Onion Celery Beef Passata Water Salt Oregano Basil Bay Leaf Pepper
Chop the vegetables and place in a large pan with olive oil & garlic.
Cook until onion is transparent.
Add the ground meat and cook until browned.
Add the passata and remaining ingredients, cook until thickened.
Serve over cooked pasta. Enjoy!
