Crostata Pie Dough Ricotta Vanilla Egg Sugar Cream Chopped Pistachios

Step 1

Make the Crostata dough and chill for 30 minutes.

Make the ricotta filling, fold in the chopped pistachios.

Step 3

Roll out the dough and place in the pie plate, sprinkle with chopped pistachios & top with cream filling.
