In a small bowl, combine lukewarm milk and sugar, sprinkle yeast on top and let sit, then stir. Add flour to yeast mixture, start to knead then add salt and butter, and continue to knead.
Let dough rise. Next, divide into 5 equal parts, form into balls, and place on a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet. Slightly flatten the top. Cover with a tea towel and let rise until doubled in bulk. Bake.
