Ingredients

Puff Pastry Olive Oil Mushrooms Shallot Italian Sausage Spices Shredded Cheese

Step 1

Cook until lightly browned the mushrooms, Italian sausage, shallot & spices.

Step 2

Roll out the pastry, and sprinkle half the cheese down the centre, top with the sliced mushroom mixture.

Step 3

Top with remaining cheese.

Step 4

Cut strips on both sides of the pastry and fold over the filling resembling a braid.
