Spinach Ricotta Cannelloni

Ingredients

Cannelloni Tubes Spinach Ricotta Parmesan Cheese Salt Pepper Egg

White Sauce

Butter Flour Salt & Pepper Milk

Step 1

In a medium pan heat the butter and spinach,  add to the bowl with ricotta, egg, parmesan, salt & pepper.

Step 2

Mix gently to combine.

Step 3

Make the white sauce.

Step 4

Stuff the cannelloni tubes.

Step 5

Place some sauce on the bottom of the pan and the cannelloni on top.

Step 6

Top with remaining sauce and parmesan cheese. Bake.

Step 7

Plate and Serve!
