Flour Baking Powder Salt Softened Butter Granulated Sugar Egg Vanilla Jam

Step 1

Whisk the dry ingredients together.

Step 2

Beat the butter and sugar, add the egg and vanilla, combine.

Step 3

Add the whisked dry ingredients and combine to form a dough.

Step 4

Roll the dough into 2 logs and place on prepared cookie sheet.

Step 5

Make an indentation down the middle of each log.

Fill with jam, pie filling or hazelnut cream and bake.

Step 6

Let cool 5 minutes then slice, cool completely and serve.
