Sliced Ham/ Prosciutto Cheese Olive Oil

Step 1

In a large bowl mix together the egg, mashed potatoes, salt & pepper, add the flour, parmesan & Parsley and mix.

Step 2

Either by hand or a food processor combine to form a soft dough.

Step 3

On a floured flat surface form into a dough ball, wrap in plastic and chill 30 minutes.

Step 4

Cut your choice of cheese and ham or prosciutto into small pieces.

Step 5

Roll the dough to 1/8 inch thick and cut out with round cookie cutters. Place on cookie sheet and top with cut up cheese and ham.
