Flour Salt Zest Sugar Milk Yeast Eggs Butter


Egg Wash Sprinkles 2-3 Coloured Eggs

Step 1

In a large bowl whisk together the dry ingredients. Add the yeast and milk, mix.

Step 2

Add the egg, knead just to combine, cover let rise 2 hours.

Step 3

Every 30 minutes fold the dough.

Step 4

Add the butter a little at a time, kneading to combine.

Step 5

Knead until smooth.

Step 6

Place the dough in a bowl and refrigerate.

Step 7

Divide into 4 parts, roll each part into 2 ropes. Join the ends.

Step 8

Twist the ropes and join to form a wreath.

Step 9

Place on the cookie sheet, let rise, brush with egg wash & sprinkles ...
