Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
FOR THE SAUCE
In a small bowl combine tomato sauce, basil, oregano, garlic, salt, hot pepper flakes and olive oil, mix together.
PUTTING IT TOGETHER
Cut out 11 large circles (4 inch diameter). Spread each circle with 2-3 teaspoons of sauce, top with pancetta (or bacon or salami), mozzarella and parmesan.
Fold the circles in half and line in the prepared loaf pan, round side up. Bake for approximately 30-40 minutes or until golden brown and baked. Serve immediately. Enjoy!

Any leftover sauce can be used for dipping.Store any leftover pizza bread in the fridge, in an airtight container or wrapped tightly in foil It will keep for up to 2 days in the refrigerator, covered in foil or an airtight container.To freeze the pizza bread - Once the bread has cooled completely, place it in a freezer safe bag or container. It will keep in the freezer for up to 3 months. Thaw overnight in the fridge.
If you would like to make the rose bread then follow these instructions
Cut out 15 medium circles (3-3.5 inches / 8.5 centimeters). Using three circles at a time, top each with a little tomato sauce, a slice of cheese and place one slightly on the other, roll up, cut in the middle, place cut side down in a greased 7 inch springform cake pan. Top with extra sauce, chopped pancetta and shredded cheese (or you can add the cheese when almost baked). Bake for approximately 30-40 minutes or until cooked.
