In a blender or food processor add the lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, salt and pepper and blend until ingredients are well mixed and parsley is finely chopped.
Place the shrimp single layer on a cookie sheet, drizzle with sauce and cover with parchment paper (keeps the shrimp from drying) and bake for approximately 8-10 minutes or shrimp are cooked. Serve immediately, Enjoy!
