In a medium pot add the chopped peeled apples, water and lemon juice. Cover the pot and cook on low for about 15 - 20 minutes.
Or until the apples are soft, then add the sugar and cinnamon and mix to combine. Mash the apple with a potato masher or fork and continue to cook for another 5 minutes or until thickened. Let cool before storing in a glass jar or container. Enjoy!
