Soak the yeast , sugar & water for about 5 minutes until bubbly, mix together.
Add the flour, olive oil and salt, with the dough hook start to combine.
Form into a compact dough, place in a bowl, let rise in a warm draft free area.
Let rise until doubled in bulk about 2 hours.
Punch dough down and form into your desired pizza shape.
