Caramel Apple Cake


Apples Butter Brown Sugar Cinnamon Flour Baking Powder Baking Soda Cinnamon Eggs Granulated Sugar Yogurt

Step 1

Chop the apples for the caramel sauce.

Step 2

In a medium pot add the brown sugar, water, butter and apples, heat.

Step 3

Continue to cook until the apples are tender but not mushy.

Step 4

Beat sugar & eggs until light then beat in the yogurt & melted butter.

Step 5

Add the dry ingredients and beat until smooth.

Step 6

Fold in the caramelized apples.

Step 7

Transfer to the prepared pan and bake.

Step 8

Slice & Serve! Enjoy.
