How to Make Chocolate Fudge

What you need:

cocoa powder

milk

In a saucepan, mix sugar, cocoa, salt and milk. Boil, stirring continuously for 15 mins. Cook on low for 30 mins or until 234 °F (112C).

Remove from heat. Add butter and vanilla. Cool, then beat.

Spread the fudge quickly in the prepared pan and let cool completely. Cut it into squares.

1. Wrap and store fudge in airtight container or plastic bag. It can last 7-14 days at room temperature.

2. Freeze the fudge in a double bag, well wrapped.  Freeze either in pieces or the whole slab.
