Warm the milk and butter until the milk is hot (not boiling). Stir until the butter is melted and then let the mixture cool until it’s lukewarm.
Sprinkle the yeast over the top of the warm milk mixture and let it sit for five to ten minutes before stirring to combine.
Place the flour, salt, and sugar in the bowl of a stand mixer and whisk to combine. Switch to the dough hook and add the eggs, oil, and yeast mixture.
Knead the dough until it pulls away from the sides of the bowl.
Place the dough on a floured work surface and knead it a few times until it’s compact but still a little tacky. Place the dough ball in a greased bowl and cover it with a kitchen towel. Let it rise for one to two hours or until it’s doubled in size.
Divide it into 11 equal-sized balls
Lightly flour your hands and flatten each ball into a 4″ circle. Spread some Nutella on each round and then fold them in half.
Place them in a prepared 9×5″ loaf pan, round side up, and cover the pan with plastic wrap. Let it rise before baking.
Brush the top of the pull-apart bread with milk and bake it in the lower third of the oven at 350°F for 40 to 50 minutes. Once it’s done, place the pan on a wire rack so the bread can cool for 10 to 15 minutes.
