Make the pastry. Once combined, turn mixture onto a lightly floured surface and work it to form a soft dough. Wrap it in plastic and refrigerate. Once chilled, unwrap and knead to soften. Roll it out and fit dough into a 9 inch pie plate and prick with a fork.
Mix berries, sugar, flour, and lemon juice in a mixing bowl. Use a fork to gently squish. Fill pie pan. Top the filling with 8 dots of butter for a single pie. Bake and enjoy!
