Whisk flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Mix dry ingredients with yolk mixture, then fold in egg whites until combined. Add rest of ingredients, beat until smooth.

Spoon the batter into the prepared cake pan.

Bake until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in the pan for 15-20 mins, then on a wire rack.

1. If you can’t find Limoncello then you can substitute with lemon flavored Vodka.
