Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a medium bowl, using a hand mixer at medium speed, lightly beat the eggs for approximately 30 seconds. Add the oil, sugar, yogurt, and beat the mixture for one minute or until smooth. Add the flour, baking powder and beat the batter for about one minute.

Pour the cupcake batter into the prepared cupcake pan and bake them for approximately 20 minutes or until a toothpick or knife comes out clean. Make the frosting while the cupcakes cool on a wire rack. Spread or pipe the frosting onto the cooled cupcakes. Top each with a fresh strawberry for decoration.
