Squash Onion Olive Oil Rice Salt Broth Butter Parmesan Cheese Cream

Step 1

Roast the squash until tender.

Step 2

In a large pan add the olive oil & onion, cook until transparent.

Step 3

Add the squash and mash to desired coarseness.

Step 4

Add the rice.

Step 5

Combine, cook 1 minute then add the broth, cooking & stirring until rice is cooked.

Step 6

Stir in the butter and parmesan cheese.

Step 7
