Butter Water Salt Flour

Step 1

Add the flour, saltand some butter, pulse add remaining butter and pulse again.

Step 2

Add the cold water & pulse until almost combined.

Step 3

Move to a floured flat surface & gently form into a ball.

Step 4

Roll into a triangle and fold.

Step 5

Fold again, wrap in plastic and refrigerate.

Step 6

Make some ham & cheese pinwheels or
