Spinach Ricotta Cheese Parmesan Cheese Salt Egg Mozzarella Cheese Pie dough

Mix the ricotta, parmesan, spinach & egg.

Cut out the dough rounds and place in the muffin tin.

Add the filling.

Top with shredded cheese.
