In the pan add the butter, chopped onion and celery and cook until translucent.

In a large bowl mix together the cubed bread, spices, onion mixture and broth.
Slice the poultry and stuff with some of the stuffing.
Place the remaining stuffing in the baking dish, and the turkey or chicken pieces on top, cover with foil and bake.
