Sugar Corn Syrup Baking Soda Chocolate

Step 1

In a pot add sugar and corn syrup and heat stirring until the sugar dissolves, stop stirring and bring the mixture to a boil.

Step 2

It may take a bit to arrive at the correct temperature, when you do, remove the pot from the heat and quickly stir in the baking soda.

Step 3

Pour the mix quickly into a pan. Let cool completely, then dip in chocolate if desired.
