Limoncello Cocktail (Spritz)

This limoncello cocktail is a simple and refreshing Italian spritz. It’s citrusy, bubbly and easy to make to enjoy on a summer day.

Ingredients

  • 4-6 cubes ice
  • ½ cup Limoncello
  • ¾ cup prosecco
  • ¼ cup sparkling water
  • 2-4 slices lemon
  • 4 leaves fresh mint

Instructions

  • In the glasses add 2-3 ice cubes then evenly add the limoncello, prosecco and water, gently stir to combine. Decorate with lemon slices and fresh mint.

Notes

Common garnishes for this citrusy cocktail include mint leaves and a lemon wheel. Other fun garnishes to try include raspberries or strawberries on a cocktail pick, fresh basil, fresh thyme or even a slice of orange.
