Easy Italian Shrimp Pizza

Shrimp Pizza, made the Italian way.  A simple baked crust topped with an easy red sauce, cooked shrimp and salad.  Pizza night never tasted so good.

Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough (store bought or homemade**)
  • 1 cup small cooked shrimp
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise (divided)
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1-2 cups salad greens (washed and paper towel dried, plain no dressing)

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 425° (220°C).
  • Place formed pizza dough (circle or oblong) on a cookie sheet or pizza pan and bake for approximately 15 minutes or until golden.
  • In a small bowl combine the cooked shrimp, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and ketchup set aside.
  • Remove from oven, let sit 5 minutes then spread with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, top with salad greens and spoon the shrimp mixture evenly on top.  Serve immediately.
