  1. Thanks for sharing these delicious looking recipes, and I’m wondering if you’ve ever come across va recipe for an Italian recipe for a filled cookie that’s Pronounced “Gowjoon”
    I’ve been searching the net to find it! My Mom used to make them many years ago when I was probably the “First Cookie Monster”
    and mixing was all done by hand. I recall that somehow Figs and Chocolate were involved and they were circles of dough, filled, and closed over to a half moon shape and small cuts on the edges with alternating tabs sealed with an old fashioned key
